1. Who We Are & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Change Group, Inc. (“Quick Change,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit www.quickchangeenergy.com (the “Site”), create an account, place an order, sign up for a subscription, or communicate with us by email, text, or phone. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Refund & Return Policy.
We are the sole owners of the information collected through the Site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2. Information We Collect
• Contact & account information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and any information you provide when creating an account or contacting customer service.
• Order & payment information: items purchased, order history, and subscription/recurring order details.
• Payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. Marketing preferences: whether you've opted in to email marketing and/or SMS text messaging, and your communication history with us.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
• Communications: records of emails, texts, and other messages you send us, including customer service and return requests.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To process and fulfill orders and subscriptions, including payment processing, shipping, and renewal billing.
• To communicate with you about your order: confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service.
• To send marketing emails and/or text messages, but only if you've affirmatively opted in (see Sections 5 and 6).
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including analyzing usage trends and, where applicable, measuring the performance of our advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels or tags) from services like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may collect information about your browsing activity on the Site and, in some cases, share it with the advertising platform.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law (see Section 9), you can opt out of this kind of sharing for advertising purposes.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you opt in, for example at checkout or through a signup form, we may send you text messages about your order (confirmations, shipping updates) and, if you've separately opted in to marketing texts, promotions, restock alerts, or other updates.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the number you received texts from; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@quickchangegroup.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS opt-in status, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, at any time and regardless of any other data-sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

6. Email Marketing
You will not receive marketing emails from us unless you affirmatively opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
If you sign up for a subscribe-and-save or other recurring order, we use your payment and contact information to process recurring charges and send renewal-related communications, including any reminders required by law before a renewal or price change.
• You can view, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@quickchangegroup.com. Cancellation is available entirely online, without being required to call or complete extra steps.
• Refunds for subscription shipments follow the same Refund & Return Policy that applies to one-time orders.
8. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as needed to run the business:
• Service providers who help us operate (payment processors, shipping carriers, our SMS/email platform, and website/hosting providers), under obligations to protect your information.
• As required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quick Change, our customers, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
• With advertising/analytics platforms as described in Section 4, if and to the extent those tools are in use.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your contact information with third parties for their own independent marketing.
9. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising, if applicable, see Section 4), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

10. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Sensitive information such as payment details is encrypted during transmission, and access to personal information is limited to employees and service providers who need it to do their jobs.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Products and Site are not intended for anyone under 18, consistent with the eligibility requirement in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies separately.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
