Welcome to Quick Change Liquid Energy (“Quick Change,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.quickchangeenergy.com (the “Site”), including any purchase of our energy drink products (the “Products”). These Terms are operated by Quick Change Group, Inc., a California Corporation (“Company”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase our Products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Quick Change products are not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.
3. Product Information & Health Disclaimer
Quick Change Liquid Energy contains caffeine and other stimulant ingredients. Please review the full ingredient list and nutrition facts panel on our packaging or Site before consuming.
Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, are pregnant or nursing, or are sensitive to caffeine.
Do not exceed recommended servings per day. Do not combine with alcohol or other stimulant products.
Product descriptions, images, and claims on the Site are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
